So, Camp is over. It feels really strange to not be focusing on word count. I sort of feel like I don’t quite know what to do with myself and all my free time. I always feel like this at the end of NaNoWriMo… kind of empty and lost.
But there’s no time to wallow in those feelings — I have a lot to do this month.
Goals:
finish revisions of Onyx Sun (and finalize the title)
get a cover artist for Onyx Sun
format Onyx Sun
get Onyx Sun ready for release (yes, that means write a blurb)
finish entering changes for Book 4 of The Academy of the Accord
finish the first round paper edits of Book 5 of The Academy of the Accord
finish the rough draft of Book 6 of The Academy of the Accord
finish making comments on a beta read and send it home
finish the decluttering in the front room
get the kitchen back in shape after a month of neglect
catch up on everything else that was neglected during Camp
I’m pretty sure that’s all…
Oh, and do the ReWilding Challenge.
Now I’m pretty sure that’s all.
I think that can maybe keep me out of trouble for the month.
Did you end up submitting for the flash fiction contest? That’s a lot of stuff to do, but I’m sure you’ll get it done… if you can focus long enough. :P
Yes, I did. Finally came up with something short enough for it.
And I submitted Song and Sword to a fantasy novel contest too.
Congrats!
